Lisa Bensley

Lisa Bensley specializes in teen and adult hip-hop, but has enjoyed teaching dance, and coaching cheerleading squads of various ages. With training in jazz, modern/contemporary, and hip-hop, as well as a B.S. in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland, she is a well-rounded performer and teacher. This training helped her to become the captain and choreographer of her college dance team, and then on to teach at various schools in Long Island. She's been a member of the Dance Express family since its opening, first as a student, and then as a teacher. As a performer, she's danced at various venues, including Nassau Colliseum and Madison Square Garden. As a teacher, she believes in continuing her education in all genres of dance
